Return and Exchange Policy

The buyer has the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality in accordance with the procedure and conditions established by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

Returning a product of proper quality is possible if it retains its presentation, consumer properties, without traces of use, labels, and also the presence of a document confirming the fact of purchase.

Return of goods of proper quality to the Seller's address is at the Buyer's expense and is not subject to refund. The buyer can return goods of proper quality within fourteen days from the date of purchase.

Reimbursement of the cost of goods of good quality is carried out within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt by the Seller of the goods, to the Buyer’s bank account from which payment was made, or to other details provided by the Buyer, upon his written application.
